The applicant is proposing <br />to use non-tributary groundwater imported from Water Division 2 to augment out-of-priority <br />municipal depletions within the City of Woodland Park's service area. The majority of the <br />proposed augmentation water will be available at the Woodland Park waste water treatment <br />plant after it has been delivered and used within the City's service area. Applicant will also <br />operate a junior exchange (1992) upstream from the Woodland Park sewage treatment plant <br />to various points of depletion. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds an instream flow decree on Trout Creek for 2 cfs, with a November <br />15, 1977, appropriation date, which could be injured by this application. <br /> <br />Potential for Injul)' <br /> <br />Applicant's plan for augmentation and exchange may not replace depletions to Trout <br />Creek in the same amount, timing or location at which they occur. <br /> <br />Other Obiectors <br /> <br />There are no other objectors in this case. However, at the time this memo was <br />prepared, the period for filing statements of opposition to this application had not yet <br />expired. <br />
