10.54 On the written reauest of any oerson made within thirty days after the date of the

12.02 Public Comment. At a regular or special meeting, the Board shall consider public
comment on the recommended ISF action prior to the Board action on the recommendation in
any of all of the following manners:
(a). Oral and/or written comments may be directed to Staff, Ilrier te tl=le Slaff
",r-eseRlatieR Ie tl=le 8earE!. When such comments are made, Staff shall summarize these

(b). Oral and/or written comments, subject to reasonable limitations established
by the Board, may be made directly to the Board during the public meeting.

12.03 Public Aaencv Recommendations. Prior to taking an ISF action pursuant to
Sections 5 or 6, the Board shall request recommendations from the Division of Wildlife and the
Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation. Prior to final action, the Board shall request
recommendations from the Division of Water Resources, the United States Department of
Agriculture and the United States Department of Interior. The Board may also request
comments from other interested persons as it deems appropriate.

(a), Prior to taking an ISF action pursuant to Sections 8, 9, 10, or 11, the Board
may request recommendations from the Division of Wildlife, the Division of Parks and Outdoor _.
Recreation, the Division of Natural Resources, the United States Department of Agriculture, the .,
United States Department of Interior or other parties as it deems appropriate..
