Contested Recommendation <br />Mailina List oarticioants who submit written comments for the Board's consideration shall mail a <br />cooy to all other Contested Recommendation Mailina List Particioants and Parties. If such <br />information is not submitted within this deadline. the Board will not consider it when makina its <br />reauired determinations without aood cause. <br /> <br />5.63(E) The conference will afford the Parties the oooortunity to address such issues as <br />time available for each Party at the hearina. avoidina oresentation of duolicative information. <br />consolidation of concerns. ete, The Parties may formulate stioulations resoectina the issues to <br />be raised. witnesses and exhibits to be oresented. and/or any other matters which may be <br />aareed to or admitted by the Parties, At the orehearina conference. the Parties shall make <br />known any obiections to the orocedures or evidence that they may raise at the hearina. <br /> <br />5.63IF) The Hearina Coordinator may establish a reasonable oeriod of time followina <br />the orehearina conference for the submission of written rebuttal statements. includina testimony <br />and exhibits. Exceot for such rebuttal. the Board will not acceot any statements or related <br />documentation or exhibits submitted by any Party after the orehearina conference. exceot for <br />aood cause shown or as aareed uoon by the Parties and Staff. <br /> <br />5.63IG) Any documentation to be submitted oursuant to subsection IF) of this section <br />shall be delivered to the Board and mailed to all Parties and Contested Recommendation <br />Mailina List oarticioants within 10 days after the orehearina conference unless the Parties and _ <br />the Staff aaree otherwise. _ <br /> <br />5.64 Notice of hearinas on contested Final Staff Recommendations. <br /> <br />5.64IA) Staff shall mail notice of all hearinas on contested Final Staff <br />Recommendations to all Parties and Contested Recommendation Mailina List oarticioants. The <br />notice shall soecifv the time. olace. nature of the hearina. and any reauirements with resoect to <br />soecial orocedures that the Board deems aoorooriate for that oroceedina. <br /> <br />5.64IB) The Board may continue a hearina to another date by issuina written notice of <br />the continuance no later than 7 days orior to the oriainal hearina date, <br /> <br />5.65 Conduct of Hearinas, <br /> <br />5.65IA) In conductina any hearina. the Board or the Hearina Coordinator shall have <br />authority to: administer oaths and affirmations: reaulate the course of the hearina: set the time <br />and olace for continued hearina: limit the number of exoert witnesses: issue aoorooriate <br />directions controllina the subseauent course of the oroceedinas: and take any other action <br />authorized by these Rules. <br /> <br />5.65IB) At the hearina. the Board shall hear arauments. concerns and/or rebuttals from <br />Staff. Parties and interested oersons. The Board. in its discretion. may limit testimony at the <br />hearina. Without aood cause. the Board will not oermit the introduction of written material at _ <br />the hearina not oreyiously submitted oursuant to these Rules.
