(No response.)

I

All those in favor signify by saying, "Aye." Opposed?
(See Appendix A for all the funding requests).

The next item is consideration of minimum lake levels. You have a list
of the lakes involved and are there any deletions before we start on
what we're considering?

Motion carried.

MR. SPARKS: I think they've already been made, Mr. Chairman. We
deleted two or three. In Rio Blanco County we deleted several lakes
because we determined that there were some conditional decrees on those
lakes where enlargements were contemplated. STAPLETON: Is the staff recommending that these minimum lake levels
be approved?

MR. SPARKS: Yes. The staff is reconnnending that the Attorney General
be requested to make these reinimum lake level filings.

MR. JACKSON: Mr. Chairman, simply to get it on the floor, I move that
the lake level filings as we have them, with the deletions in Rio Blanco
County, be accepted.

MR. I have some letters here from people that would
like to be heard. Why don't I call on Carl Trick?

MR. TRICK: My name is Carl Trick from Jackson County, and I have two
lakes deleted in Jackson County. I would like to see the motion
amended to include those lakes also.

MR. SPARKS: We're only going to consider what's left. There are two
lakes in Jackson County that have been removed from the list.

MR. JACKSON: I move the motion be accepted as amended.
I MR. STAPLETON: All right, does the second agree to that?
MR. ' KROEGER: Right.
MR. STAPLETON: Having done that, we'll hear from Mr. Hanson.

MR. HANSON: Mr. Chairman, my name is Don Hanson and I represent the
North park Soil Conservation District of Walden, Colorado.
