Call to Order

8:10 a.m.

A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held at
the Grand Vista Hotel, 2790 Crossroads Blvd., Grand Junction. The
meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 1998, by
Chairperson Patricia Wells. Eight voting members were present at the time
of call to order so there was a quorum (at least six required). Board
members present on this date were Patricia Wells, David Smith, Eric Kuhn,
Ray Werner, Janice Sheftel, Bob Burr, Alan Hamel, Allen Davey, Bill
Brown, Jennifer Gimbel (representing the Attorney General), Bruce
McCloskey (representing the Division of Wildlife Director) and CWCB
Acting Director Peter Evans.2
