Crawford, <br />Director, Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />State Office Building, <br />Denver, Colorado <br /> <br />Dear Ivan: <br /> <br />As you know, I have been considering for sometime <br />resigning as consultant for the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board. I have been so busy in connection with other matters <br />that I have not been able to follow through on various Board <br />matters, even those pertaining to the Rio Grande Commission <br />in which I am particularly interested.
