<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />b. Availability for review (time and place) of Summary Reports and <br />Investigations Files for each recommendation; and <br />c. Summary identification of any data, exhibits, testimony or other information in <br />addition to the Summary Reports and Investigations Files upon which Staff may <br />rely to support its recommendations. <br /> <br />5.21(B)(2) Published notice shall also contain the following information: <br />a. Flow amounts of contested ISF Recommendations may change based on <br />information received during the public notice and comment period. <br />b. Staffwill maintain, pursuant to Rule 4.IO(b), an ISF Subscription Mailing List <br />for each water division composed of the names of all persons who have notified <br />the Board Office that they are interested in ISF activities in that water division. <br />Any person desiring to be on the rSF Subscription Mailing List must contact the <br />Board Office. <br />c. Any meetings held between Staff and members of the public will be open to the <br />public and may be posted on the Board's website 2 weeks prior to the meeting and <br />noticed to persons on the ISF Sub~cription Mailing List. The Board's website is <br />(hrtp:/ /www.dnr.state.co.us/cwc b/). <br />d. Any Notice to Contest must be received by the Board no later than March 3 I ". <br />All requests for Party status and Contested Hearing Participant status must be <br />received by the Board no later thall April 30th. <br />e. Staff will announce its final ISF recommendation concerning contested <br />appropriations at the September Board meeting and will send notice of the final <br />recommendation to all persons on the Contested Hearing Mailing List. <br />f. The Board may take final action on any uncontested ISF appropriations at the <br />May Board meeting. <br /> <br />5.21(C) After the Board declares its intent to appropriate, notice of the Board's action <br />shall be mailed within five working days to the County Commissioners of the county(ies) in <br />which the proposed action is located. <br /> <br />5.21(D) Final action by the Board on the ISF recommendations will occur no earlier than <br />the May Board meeting. <br /> <br />attachments <br /> <br />Flood Control and Floodplain Management .Larry Lang, Chief.
