<br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 1 c <br />Case No. 5--01CW55; LGB GROUP, LLC <br /> <br />Application Summm:y <br />This is an application for underground water rights, an augmentation plan and an appropriative right <br />of exchange. The Applicant's property is located near Skunk Creek near Tabemash (see attached <br />map). The Applicant seeks to divert water from 12 wells at 50 gallons per minute per well for 24 <br />residential units. The Applicant also seeks a plan for augmentation whereby the Applicant seeks to <br />augment the new wells with releases from Granby Reservoir, the Windy Gap Project, or Wolford <br />Mountain.
