<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item I,c <br />Case No. 5-05CW088; Application of Karinga / King Ranch, LLC <br /> <br />Application Summarv <br /> <br />This is an application for a ground water right, change of water right, approval of a plan for <br />augmentation including exchange, and an appropriative right of exchange to support a recreational <br />ranching enterprise near Ruedi Reservoir. Applicant seeks to divert water from a pond well that <br />would also serve as an operational storage for irrigation at a rate of 50 gpm. Applicant also seeks a <br />change in point of diversion for King Ranch Ditch No,l. Applicant has contracted with the Basalt <br />WCD system to release water from various sources to replace diversions/depletions when there is a <br />call on the River. Applicant's augmentation plan includes an exchange at a rate of 5.6 cfs from <br />several sources of augmentation to point of diversion.
