Such <br />permit applic~ti0~ C~ ;2~~i~~ the~eof, sha:l furtter ~e available <br />on request for the pl~r~0se of reproduction. <br /> <br />~~t {~) Compliance with a permit iss~ed pursuant to this <br />section, including any activity carried out pursuant to a general <br />permit issued under this section, shall be deemed compliance, for <br />purposes of sections 3G9 and 505, with sections 3~i, 307 and 403. <br /> <br />t~t ill Not later than the one-hundred-eightieth day after <br />the date of enactment of this subsection, the Secretary shall <br />enter into agreements with the Administrator, the Secretaries <br />of the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Interior, and Trans- <br />portation, and the heads of other appropriate Federal agencies <br />to minimize, to the maximum extent practicable, duplication, <br />needless paperwork, and delays in the issuance of permits under <br />this section. Such agreements shall be developed to assure that, <br />~e-ehe-ffla~imHm-e~~en~-~rae~ieab~e7 a decision with respect to an <br />application for a permit under subsection (a) of this section <br />will be made not later than the ninetieth day after the date the <br />notice for such application is published under subsection (a) <br />of this section. <br /> <br />trt (m) The discharge of dredged or fill material as part <br />of the construction of a Federal project specifically authorized <br />by Congress, whether prior to or on or after the date of enactment <br /> <br />8 <br />
