A. High-Miller Ditch Oxbow Enlarllement:

(1) Leeal description: The headgate of the ditch is located on the west bank
of the Blue River at a point whence the south quarter comer of Section 7,
Township 3 South, Range 78 West of the 6111 P.M. bears North 540 10'
West a distance of 1350 feet.

(2) Source; Blue River.

(3) Date of initiation of aopropriation: December 11, 2004.

How aporopriation was initiated: The appropriation of the above-
described water right was initiated by the applicant by manifestation of its
intent to appropriate water in the amoWlts and for the purposes described
herein and by the taking of substantial steps toward the appropriation of
water for said purposes including surveying and engineering design of
oxbow fishery channels and ponds.

(5) Date water applied to beneficial use: N/A.

(6) AmOWlt claimed; 10.0 cfs, CONDITIONAL.

(7) Proposed uses: The above-described water right will be used for fish and
wildlife, recreation, maintenance and preservation of wetlands,
maintenance of oxbow fishery channel improvements, storage and
irrigation.
