I'd like to talk to <br />you a few minutes about the upper river water <br />users and their problems. <br /> <br />Optimum use is a must and we must get <br />full possible usage of what water we have. In <br />order to get full usage it seems to me we are <br />going to have to discontinue river calls from <br />below Pueblo Reservoir. <br /> <br />perhaps we should consider the river <br />basin in three segments: <br /> <br />One bel~l John Martin Reservoir. <br /> <br />One between Pueblo Reservoir and John <br />Martin Reservoir. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
