<br />1/26/04 <br />(4) In aeveloping A plan DEVELOPED BY A COVERED ENTITY pursuant to subsection <br />(2) of this section, each cevereE! entity shall AT A MINIMUM INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING <br />PLAN ELEMENTS: at least the fellov..ing water sa,..ing measures: <br />(a) Water efficient fixtures ana lIflpliaHces, incluaing teilets, urinals, shewerheaas, aHa <br />fancets; <br /> <br />(b) Low water use lanasclIfles ana efficient irrigation; <br />( c) Water efficient industrial aHa commer-eial water using processes; <br />(a) Water reuse systems, both J'letaele ana nonJ'letable; <br />(e) Distribution system leak repair; <br />({) Dissemination of infermatien regarding water use efficiency measures, incluaing by <br />public eaueatien, custemer water use aumts, ana water saving demenstFatiens; <br />(g) Water rate structures aesigncd te enceurage water use effieieHcy in a fiscally respensible <br /> <br />manner; <br /> <br />(h) Regulatory measures, including standaras for the use efwater use efficiency fixtures and <br />lanasclIfles, and erdinances, cedes, or ether law designed te encolifage '.vater use efficiency; <br />(i) Ineenti...es to implement water use efficiency techniqucs, including rebates to custemers er <br />ethers to enceurage the iRGtallatien of water use efficiency measures. <br />(A) The plan te be aaoJ'lted _der subsectieR (2) ofthis sectioR shall centaiR a A section <br />stating the covered entity's best judgment of the role of water CONSERVATION use efficiency <br />plaBs-in the covered entity's water supply planning. <br />(B) THE STEPS THE COVERED ENTITY USED TO DEVELOP, AND WILL USE TO <br />IMPLEMENT, MONITOR, REVIEW, AND REVISE ITS WATER CONSERVATION PLAN. <br />(C) THE WATER SAVINGS MEASURES AND PROGRAMS TO BE USED BY THE <br />COVERED ENTITY FOR WATER CONSERVATION. IN DEVELOPING THESE MEASURES <br />AND PROGRAMS EACH COVERED ENTITY AT A MINIMUM SHALL CONSIDER THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />(a) WATER-EFFICIENT FIXTURES AND APPLIANCES, INCLUDING TOILETS, <br />URINALS, SHOWERHEADS AND FAUCETS; <br />(b) LOW WATER USE LANDSCAPES, DROUGHT RESISTANT VEGETATION, <br />REMOVAL OF PHREATOPHYTES, AND EFFICIENT IRRIGATION; <br />(c) WATER-EFFICIENT INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL WATER-USING <br />PROCESSES; <br />(d) WATER REUSE SYSTEMS; <br /> <br />5 <br />
