For the purposes of this agreement and Easement, <br />the individuals identified below are hereby the desig- <br />nated representatives of the respective parties. All <br />notices required to be given by the parties hereunder <br />shall be given by certified or registered mail to the <br />respective designated representative. Either party may <br />from time to time designate in writing substitute <br />addresses or persons to whom such notices shall be <br />sent. <br /> <br />For the Grantor: <br /> <br />Director Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />For the Grantee: <br /> <br />Executive Director <br />South Suburban Park and Recreation District <br />6315 South University Boulevard <br />Littleton, CO 80121 <br /> <br />b. This Agreement and Easement are intended as the <br />complete integration of all understandings between the <br />parties. No prior or contemporaneous addition, dele- <br />tion, or other amendment hereto shall have any force or <br />effect whatsoever, unless embodied herein by writing. <br />No subsequent novation, renewal, addition, deletion, or <br />other amendment hereto shall have any force or effect <br />unless embodied in a written contract executed and <br />approved pursuant to the State Fiscal Rules. <br /> <br />c. In the event court action is deemed necessary by <br />either the Grantor or the Grantee to enforce the terms <br />and conditions set forth herein, said action shall only <br />be brought in the District Court for the city and <br />County of Denver, State of Colorado. <br /> <br />d. In the event the Grantor must utilize the services <br />of an attorney to enforce compliance with this agree- <br />ment, the Grantee agrees to pay all of the Grantor's <br />reasonable costs, including but not limited to court <br />costs and attorney fees. <br /> <br />12. The Special provisions attached hereto as pages 12 and <br />13 are a part of this agreement. <br /> <br />11 <br />
