I have not included the Exhibits. This <br />version contains the additions which we discussed in March. <br /> <br />If this version is acceptable to your client, we can present <br />it to the CWCB at approximately 10:20 a.m. on Monday, July 24, <br />1995. Larry Lang has placed this item on the Board's agenda for <br />that time period. <br /> <br />I have a trial in Greeley most of next week. However, if <br />you have any questions, please telephone Linda Bassi at 866-5117. <br />Linda is the attorney who is handling all of the CWCB contracts. <br />She will be working with you on the agreement for Phase 1.
