Town of Dove Creek - Proposed Use of Dolores WCD Appropriation for a Pipeline <br />Project <br />Tape 5 Start/Stop 1579 - 1765 <br />Action: A motion was made by David Smith to accept the staff recommendation <br />that the Town of Dove Creek access the existing authorization and work <br />with the Dolores Water Conservation District as the umbrella agency, with <br />both the Town of Dove Creek and the Dolores Water Conservation District <br />both being considered the contracting party.
