South Platte River Channel Easement (10:20 - 10:50) <br /> <br />The CWCB will consider a request from Herb Lee, owner of Pitchers Restaurant at West Bowles <br />Avenue and the South Platte River, Mr. Lee requests CWCB approval to construct 1) a deck and <br />2) a volleyball court which will encroach the CWCB's eastern easement of the S.
