The extensive <br />improvements that were completed targeted the stream channel and its resident fishery. Table Rock <br />Ranch has installed water measuring devices that would allow this stipulation to function accurately. <br />This includes flow gages in Rock Creek above the diversions and gages within the diversions to <br />assure the water commi!miQner offlows that are diverted. To assure that the stream health is <br />maintaint>J\ the Ranch will share with the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Colorado <br />Division ofWddlife the results ofall biological and physical channel monitoring that is completed. <br />This would include all monitoring completed as part of the special conditions identified by the US <br />Army Corps ofF.ll8inP.ers Section 404 permit. <br />
