<br />· The Applicant's diversion of water rights decreed to the Eagle's Nest Well Nos. 1 and 2 at the new <br />proposed alternate points of diversion shall be subject to the same terms and conditions to which <br />these rights are subject under the decrees of the water court in Case Nos. W-1929, 84CW18 and <br />84CW19. <br />· The Applicant also has agreed to install, maintain, and mouitor such measuring devices as may <br />be required by the State and Division engineer to administer the terms of the decree. <br />
