<br />BiII #3 Increased Regulation of Water' Well Permits <br />The proposed legislation would attempt to inprease the regulation of water well <br />construction contractors and pump installers :by: <br />. Requiring continuing education of such dontractors as a condition of licensure; <br />. Specifying additional enforcement authopty of the state board of examiners for <br />water well construction and pump install~tion contractors; <br />.
