<br />paragraph beginning "Frank C. Merriell," t,he sentenoe where he referred to ths
<br />fact that at the present time there are approximately 9,000,000 acre feet of
<br />water annually flowing out of the Vnited States ~nto Mexioo; ,should be changed
<br />to read: "During the three years of full operation of Boulder Dam, the average,
<br />outflow' of the Colorado River into the Gulf of Mexioo, was 8,000,000 aore feet
<br />per annum with 1,000,000 acre feet per annvm average accretions in the Boulder
<br />Dam or Lake ~ead."

<br />(Nebraska vs. Wyoming, Colorado Impleaded Defendant, United States,
<br />Intervener), and for securing the participation of eleven other states
<br />in said brief, be approved for payment in the sum of .335.00.

<br />S. Breitenstein, attorney for the Colorado Water Conservation Board,
<br />be authorized to assist the Attorney General in all matters where
<br />legal questions are involved respecting interstate water relations;
<br />and that the annual salary to be paid Mr. Breitenstein for his services
<br />as attorney for the Colorado Water Conservation Board be increased fran
<br />$4,000 per annum to f,4,500 per annum.
