When con- <br />sidered by Upper and Lower Basins, the Report shCl'lfs about 200,000 acres <br />leu; in the Upper Basin, and about 200,000 aores more "in the Lower Ba- <br />Ilin. than were reported by the U. S, Census; Bureau. These differences <br />when segregated by States are found, in the Lower Basin, in the State of <br />Arizona, and in the Upper Basin, largely in Colorado though in part in <br />Utah and Wyoming. It is not the oontention of Colorado, in submitting <br />data from reports of the U, S.
