proposed salt cedar resolution, Staff is to work with the Corps of Engineers in
identifying and developing demonstration salt cedar eradication and control
projects in Colorado, utilizing 100% federal funding and monitoring project
effectiveness, An additional "Whereas" clause is to be added stating; "the
state of Colorado is embarking on aggressive nonnative phreatophytes
control." Also, in the first Now, Therefore, add at the end of the sentence
"and the funding thereof." The motion was seconded by David Smith and
approved 9-0,
