<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item lr <br />Case No. 5-01CW367; Deodar, Inc, <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for swface water rights, storage water rights, and a plan for augmentation. <br />The Applicant is proposing to divert new junior water rights on Woody Creek, a tributary to the <br />Roaring Fork River for domestic, irrigation, stock watering, recreation, fire protection, fish and <br />wildlife, wetlands, and other beneficial uses, and to augment the depletions with releases from <br />Ruedi Reservoir, Green Mountain Reservoir, or with dry-up credits associated with the Troy and <br />Edith Ditches (see attached map). <br /> <br />cweB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds instream flow water rights on Woody Creek and on the Roaring Fork River for <br />various amounts with appropriation dates of 1/14/1976 and 11/8/1985. <br /> <br />Potential for Inim:y <br /> <br />This application may cause injury to the Board's Woody Creek and Roaring Fork River instream <br />flow water rights. At times when the CWCB's Woody Creek and Roaring Fork River instream <br />flow water rights are not being satisfied, the Applicant must curtail diversions or augment <br />depletions with releases from an upstream point of diversion.
