I am writing to you to express my concern with regard to the CWCB's proposal to
appropriate new minimum instream flow righl~ .in the North Fork of the Gunnison River
Basin. 1 am ccncerned with the proposed minimum stream flow on Anthracile Creek.

I 11m a water user in this basin and I have the following concerns: (l) water availability;
(2) proposed minimum stream flows; (3) timing and amount of water being proposed; (4)
and the future effects ofthc CWCB's-proposatin generalionsto come. .

Our waler in the Gunnison Basin is used for agricultural purposes. livestock. raising grass
for haying. domestic house hold use, gardens and ponds. Which through these uses
produccs a viable income and T have specific concerns about undecreed uses that 1 would
