A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board Dan McAuliffe
(CWCB) was convened at the Sleepy Cat Ranch, Meeker, Deputy Director
Colorado. Chairman Eric Wilkinson called the meeting to order. Nine voting
members were present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six
required). Voting Board members present were Chairman Eric Wilkinson,
David Smith, Bob Burr, Greg Hoskin, Don Schwindt, Ray Wright, Vice
Chairman Keith Catlin, Harold Miske!. Ex Officio members present or
represented were Department of Natural Resources Executive Director Greg
Walcher, CWCB Director Rod Kuharich, Commissioner of Agriculture Don
Ament, and State Engineer Hal Simpson. Also present were CWCB Deputy
Director Dan McAuliffe, Deputy Attorney General Felicity Hannay and First
Assistant Attorney General Linda Bassi.

Note: While Board's consideration of agenda items doesn't always follow the sequence indicated by
the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier reference.

Action:

A motion was made by David Smith and seconded by Keith Catlin to approve
the agenda and upcoming meeting dates as proposed. Motion was approved
9-0. Carolyn McIntosh was not present.

2. Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes

meeting, but the original meeting notes typically indicate whether or not a particular Board Member was present during a specific agenda item.
