Stream and Lake Protection Section - Authorization to Proceed to Trial - Case No. 1-01CW293; <br />Mountain Mutual Reservoir Company - Pursuant to Rule 9,50, the Staffwill seek authorization to <br />proceed to trial in this matter affecting the Board's instreamflow water rights on North Turkey <br />Creek. Also, pursuant to Rule 9.50, the Board may adjourn to executive session to discuss settlement <br />parameters with its counsel. (8:45 - 8:55) <br /> <br />16.
