<br />Parties may formulate stipulations respecting the issues to be raised, <br />witnesses and exhibits to be presented, and/or any other matters which may <br />be agreed to or admitted by the' Parties. At the prehearing conference, the <br />Parties shall make known any o~jections to the procedures or evidence that <br />they may raise at the' hearing $less such objections could not have been <br />reasonably determined at that tim,e. <br /> <br />(5) August 15'\ or the first business day thereafter, is the last day for submission <br />of written rebuttal statements, lncluding testimony, legal memoranda, and <br />exhibits. Twenty-five copies of such materials must be provided to the <br />Board, and an electronic version also provided, when possible. Except for <br />such rebuttal and testimony pro.,iided at the hearing pursuant to Rule 5p.(2), <br />the Board will not accept any st\ltements, related docwnentation or exhibits <br />submitted by any Party after the ~eadline set forth in Rules 5n.(2) and 5n.(3), <br />except for good cause shown or ~s agreed upon by the Parties. The scope of <br />rebuttal is limited to issues l\11d evidence presented in the prehearing <br />statements. Any docwnentation to be sUlbmitted pursuant to this subsection <br />(5) shall be delivered to the'Board and mailed to all Parties and Contested <br />Hearing Participants by August 15th, or the first business day thereafter, <br />unless the Parties agree otherwise. <br /> <br />So. Notice of Hearings on Contested ISF A"~ro"riations. <br /> <br />I <br />(1) Staff shall mail notice of pr~hearing conference(s) on contested ISF <br />appropriations to all persons on the Contested Hearing Mailing List for the <br />particular ISF appropriation. The notice shall specify the time and place of <br />the prehearing conference and any procedural requirements that the Board <br />deems appropriate. <br /> <br />(2) The Board may postpone a heariPg to another date by issuing written notice <br />of the postponement no later than 7 calendar days prior to the original hearing <br />dMe. ' <br /> <br />5p. Conduct of Hearinl!s. <br /> <br />(1) In conducting any hearing, the Bqard shall have authority to: administer oaths <br />and affirmations; regulate the coqrse of the hearing; set the time and place for <br />continued hearing; limit the nwn~er of technical witnesses; issue appropriate <br />orders controlling the subseque~t course of the proceedings; and take any <br />other action authorized by these l?ules. <br /> <br />(2) At the hearing, the Board shall hear arguments, concerns or rebuttals from <br />Parties, Contested Hearing Participants mld interested members of the public. <br />The Board may limit testimon)i at the hearing.
