<br />e <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item l.n <br />Case No. 5-05CW297; L Quarter Circle, LLLP <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a surface water right and approval of a plan for augmentation, including <br />exchange near Dotsero. Applicant seeks to divert water from the FL Anderson Enlargement of the <br />Riland Creek Ditch (2 cfs, conditional) to irrigate ten acres and water six horses. Applicant's <br />proposed plan for augmentation includes releases from Wolford Mountain and Ruedi Reservoirs. <br />Applicant claims an appropriative right of exchange at a rate of 2 cfs up to 34 af per year with a <br />September 9,2005 priority from the confluence of Sweetwater Creek and the Colorado River to the <br />headgate of the FL Anderson Enlargement of the Riland Creek Ditch. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCB Case Stream/Lake Amount Approp.
