<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(1) Without further Congressional action or approval <br />beyond the implementing legislation contemplated by <br />this agreement, monies could be expended by the <br />states for: <br /> <br />(a) 80 percent of the construction cost of the <br />Bonneville Unit I&D system. <br /> <br />(b) 80 percent of the construction cost of the <br />phase 2 facilities of the Animas-La Plata Project. <br /> <br />(c) 70 percent of the construction cost of any <br />project or projects benefitting the San Miguel <br />Water Conservancy District, Colorado, so long as <br />such project or projects are limited to a total <br />construction cost of $__ million ( price <br />levels); have not more than a total of AF of <br />annual yield from new or. enlarged storage- <br />reservoirs; and divert, store, and use waters only <br />from tributaries on the south side of the San <br />Miguel River lying between, and including, Fall <br />Creek and Dry Creek. <br /> <br />(d) 70 percent of'the construction cost of any <br />project or projects benefitting the West Divide <br />Water Conservancy District, Colorado, so long as <br />such project or projects are limited to a total <br />construction cost of $ million ( price <br />levels) and have not more than a total of AF <br />of annual yield from new or enlarged storage <br />reservoirs; provided that no storage reservoirs <br />could be constructed on the mainstems of the <br />Crystal, Roaring Fork, or Colorado Rivers. <br /> <br />(e) 70 percent of the construction cost of any <br />project or projects benefitting the Fruitland Mesa <br />Water Conservancy District, Colorado, so long as <br />such project or projects are limited to a total <br />construction cost of $__ million ( price <br />levels); have no mote than a total of ___ AF of <br />annual yield from new or enlarged storage <br />reservoirs; and divert, store, and use waters only <br />from Crystal, Cotton, and Mesa Creeks, from <br />Buckhorn and Long Gulches, and from the drainage <br />area above Gould ReGervoir (known as Onion Valley). <br /> <br />(f) 70 percent of the construction cost of the <br />Sandstone Project in Wyoming, which project will <br />develop waters tributary to the Little Snake River <br />for beneficial consumptive use, so long as the <br />project is constructed in accordance with all <br />applicable federal permits. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
