Work Group Leadership
C. USDA Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP)
D. Unified Watershed Assessment
Information on the CRBSCP was previously provided in staffs Board memos for the May 1998
meeting (agenda item 26.h.), July 1998 meeting (agenda item 26.m.), and September 1998 meeting
(agenda item 20.h.).

DISCUSSION

A. 1999 Triennial Review.

As staff advised the Board at previous meetings, the Forum has begun conducting a triennial review
of the water quality standards for Colorado River Basin salinity. Over the next 18 months the
CWCB staff will be participating in the analysis, report writing, and public participation efforts to
produce the report documenting the review. At the October 1998 Forum meeting the states agreed
that no changes to the format or scope ofpriorreviews would be needed during the 1999 Review.
Thus, the 1999 review report will look a lot like the previous effort completed in 1996.
