SUBJECT: Final ~otice - Instream Flow/Natural Lake Level
Recommendations to be Presented at the
August 16, 1982 Board Meeting

Please find attached the Final Notice of instream flow/
natural lake level recommendations upon which the Colorado Water
Conservation Board will take action upon at its next regular
meeting in Denver on August 16, 1982. This Final Notice
constitutes the start of the final 30-day pUblic review and
comment period before the Board will be asked to take formal
action on these recommendations.

Should you wish to comment on the instream flow/natural
lake level recommendat ions as presented in this Final Not ice,
you may do so by writing the staff at the address given above.
It should be noted that while your public appearance at the Board
meeting is welcomed, such an appearance is not necessary in order
for your concerns to be recognized. The staff will take your
comments into account and, if you so request, present them to the
Board in your absence.

To insure adequate notification of all interested parties,
we are requesting that you share this notice with any groups or
individuals who you feel would have an interest in the instream
flow/natural lake level recommendations as presented herein.

The State's Instream Flow/Natural Lake Level Program is
administered by the Colorado Water Conservation Board pursuant to
Senate Bill 97 (section 37-92-102, CRS 1973, as amended).
