"Are we ready to take up the second
item on the agenda? This is the stipu-
lation with the State of Wyoming. Dean
Crawford."

"This stipulation has been signed
by the Governors and committees of both
States and is now on its way to the
United States Supreme Court."

"The third item on the agenda is
the Savery-Pot Hook meeting. Dean Craw-
ford may we hear from you on this?"

"I would like to have Mr. McCandless
report on that."

Mr. McCandless gave a resume of the meeting held
in Baggs, Wyoming on February 7, 1957 which he and Dean Craw-
ford attended. They met with Wyoming authorities and con-
ferred on the possibility of concerted action by the two
states on these projects.

"I have a letter here from Mr. Fred
A. Videon, President of the Craig Cham-
ber of Commerce, and one from Mr. Jack
Eldredge, Secretary of the Craig Lions
Club, both heartily endorsing this
Savery-Pot Hook Project." (See Appendix Bl.

"I should like to be set right on
the Laramie River stipulation. Is the
surface water tied in with the allocated
acreage?"

"No. That is, it is not mentioned."

"I see that Dean Crawford has penciled
in two additional items on his agenda."

Dean Crawford gave a report to the Board on his trip
to Washington, D. C. during the week of February 19th to con-
fer with Colorado's Congressional Delegation and Undersecretary
of the Interior Aandahl on the Paonia Project. He was accom-
panied on this trip by Mr. Charles Neill of Hotchkiss,' Colorado.
