He stated that the <br />important thing about this water question, to his mind, was <br />the matter of presumption by the Supreme Court. He agreed <br />to go along with the Farm Bureau Bill (Senate Bill No. 113) <br />as amended or his own bill with the proposed amendments. <br />He said he believed it was necessary to have more studies <br />made before any legislation of a permanent nature could be <br />written and passed. <br /> <br />MR.
