<br />. <br /> <br />d. All water releases will be measured at the outlet works by the Contracting Officer with . <br /> <br /> <br />equipment furnished, operated, and maintained by Reclamation. The Service through the <br /> <br /> <br />Recovery Program shall install, operate, maintain, and replace any waterflow measuring and <br /> <br /> <br />recording devices necessary to accept delivery and protect the water in the IS-mile reach. <br /> <br />e. The amount, timing, and rate of the releases from Ruedi Reservoir shall be determined by the <br /> <br />Contracting Officer in consultation with the Service. Reclamation will provide advance <br /> <br />notification to the Board and the Division Engineer for Water Division 5 of the date, time, and <br /> <br />amount of the water released. The Service and Reclamation shall consult with the Board during <br /> <br />the release period to achieve the objectives of Reclamation, the Service, and the Board. <br /> <br />f. The Board is responsible for calling upon the State Engineer for the carriage, use, handling, <br />or distribution of the water beyond the outlet works of Ruedi Reservoir or of an alternate <br />reservoir pursuant to Article 7.a. hereof to the temlinus of the IS-mile reach. The water shall be e <br />subject to such transit losses as may be imposed by the State Engineer or the Division Engineer <br />for Water Division 5. <br /> <br />g. The Service or the Board will not be responsible for the storage of water in, or the operation <br />and maintenance of, Ruedi Reservoir. <br /> <br />4. WATER SERVICE CHARGES AND OTHER COSTS <br /> <br />a. Pursuant to this MOA, the Service will provide a report to Reclamation and the Board not <br />later than March 1,2001, as consideration for the 10,825 acre-feet of water released from the <br />marketable yield of Ruedi Reservoir Round II water sales, hereinafter referred to as Round IL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />g <br />
