(please see the attached map), The Applicant seeks to change its water right decree for <br />Merie'an Lake Reservoir from irrigation to domestic, municipal, industrial, irrigation and lawn and <br />garde irrigation purposes, The Applicant seeks municipal points of diversion, and new places of <br />use. In addition, the Applicant seeks to augment out-of-priority diversions with releases from <br />Merie ian Lake Reservoir, <br /> <br />CWO=! Annronriations <br /> <br />The I ?ard holds the following instream flow water rights that are in the service area that may be <br />injure Q by this application: <br /> <br />The ~pplicant's proposed augmentation plan may injure the above-referenced CWCB instream <br />flow Water rights on the Gunnison River and its tributaries by not replacing its depletions in time, <br />place, and amount. In addition, the Applicant's proposed change of water rights may injure the <br />above referenced CWCB instream flow water rights by expanding the historical consumptive use <br />and tl e historic season of use of its water rights. <br /> <br />Other Ob;ectors <br /> <br />The olher objectors in this case are: Mt.
