Presentations were <br />requested and made to the Board by the following: Northwest Colorado Council of <br />Government's Water Quality and Quantity Committee (NWCCOG-QQ), Gunnison County, <br />Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District, City of Aspen, Town of Breckenridge/ <br />City of Golden/Eagle River Water and Sanitation District, City of Pueblo, Colorado River <br />Water Conservation District and Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District/Colorado <br />Springs Utilities. <br /> <br />Resume after lunch break. Presentations continue. <br /> <br />Track 2: 0000/22309 <br /> <br />Track 3: 0000/35733 <br /> <br />4. Executive Session <br />The rules were reviewed and revised by Staff as suggested by Board members. <br /> <br />5. Report from Executive Session <br />Acion: A motion was made by David Smith to approve and adopt all rule changes as <br />revised and direct Staff to make changes and forward to the Attorney <br />General's office for approval and subsequent publication. The motion was <br />seconded by Ray Wright. The motion was approved (6-0). <br /> <br />Adjourn: 8:10p.m. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />
