A map <br />depicting the location of the Course, and of each of the above-referenced structures, is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />B. City of Golden White Water Course (Extension), The Extension will consist of <br />approximately 10 additional dam defector structures, each of which is designed to control, <br />concentrate and direct the stream flow for the beneficial uses described below. The structures <br />which will constitute the Extension will be distributed within the channel of Clear Creek in a <br />reach beginning immediately below Structure 8 of the Course, as described above at <br />paragraph 4(A)(viii), and extending approximately 2750 feet within the channel of Clear Creek, <br />terminating at a point in the SWII4 of the SWI/4 of Section 27, T. 3 S., R. 70 W., of the 6th <br />P.M., approximately 1,300 feet North of the South section line and 800 feet East of the West <br />Section Line, in Jefferson County. The location of the Extension is depicted on Exhibit A. <br /> <br />6. Source: The source for both the Course and the Extension is Clear Creek, a tributary of <br />the South Platte River. <br /> <br />7. Appropriations bv Golden. <br /> <br />A.
