(Please see the attached map). The Applicant seeks to augment out-of- <br />priority depletions, associated with diversions into three ponds and diversions from the Pines Grove <br />Pipeline enlargement, with releases from storage from Green Mountain Reservoir or Ruedi <br />Reservoir. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCB Case No, StreamlLake Amount (cfs) Approp.
