<br />Consent Agenda Item 2b <br />Case No. 4-04CW059; Crested Butte Soutb Metropolitan District <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a ground water right tbat diverts water from tbe alluvium of Cement Creek <br />and tbe East River for cleaning and wash-down in its sewage treatment plan for up to 50 gallons per <br />minute near tbe Town of Crested Butte. (Please see tbe attached map).
