For the past 100 years or so, the <br />vast majority of water flowing out of the mouth of the canyon was either diverted for Irrigation by <br />Mr. Moltz's 1862 Trout Creek Ditch water right, or sunk into the alluvial fan on his property. <br /> <br />I respectfully request that the CWCS approve Mr. Moltz's request to inundate the CWCS's <br />Trout Creek instream flow right on Mr. Moltz's land.
