Water Project Construction Loan Program - Native Aquatic Species Facility - <br />Proposed MOD with DOW <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 1400 - 1816 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn that the Board authorize the Acting <br />Director to sign the draft MOD at such time as all feasibility investigations <br />by CWCB and CDOW staffs have been completed and final issues identified <br />have been resolved to his satisfaction. The motion was seconded by David <br />Smith and approved unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />15ai. Water Resource Planning Studies - Severance Tax Fund Operational Account - FY <br />&aii. 1999 Proposals and FY 2000 Recommendations <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 2607 - 4050 <br />Action: This was a general discussion on being able to use severance tax funds for <br />flood studies and flood issues. Staff will investigate and bring information to <br />the Board on the various studies that could be done with these funds. A <br />motion was made by David Smith that a substitution in the list of feasibility <br />studies be made, namely for Durkee, the Farmer's Pawnee Canal Co., and for <br />Hawkeye, the Boulder and Lefthand Project (both heard previously, and <br />needing feasibility studies). It was also agreed that Jefferson County's <br />funding would be moved entirely into FY98. The motion was seconded by <br />Janice Sheftel and approved unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />16a.
