<br />SUMMARY MINUTES AND RECORD OF DECISIONS! <br />March 10-11, 1998 Meeting <br />Corrected and Approved May 1998 <br /> <br />Tuesdav, March 10, 1998 <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />8:10 a.m. <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held at the <br />Cherry Creek Inn, 600 S. Colorado Blvd. Denver, CO 80222 The meeting <br />was called to order at 8: 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 1998, by Chairperson <br />Patricia Wells. Seven voting members were present so there was a quorum <br />(at least six required). Board members present were Patricia Wells, David <br />Smith, Eric Kuhn, Ray Werner, Janice Shefte1, Bob Burr, Alan Hamel, Doug <br />Robotham (representing the DNR Executive Director), Lee Miller <br />(representing the Attorney General), Bruce McCloskey (representing the <br />Division of Wildlife Director) and CWCB Acting Director Peter Evans2 <br />While many agenda items were taken out of order due to attendee convenience, these <br />minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier reference. <br /> <br />Note: <br /> <br />lA complete record of the meeting has been made on audio cassette tapes. The tapes and the associated staff memoranda are the only legal <br />record of the meeting. These written summaries are intended only as an aid to research and a guide to the tapes. The motions described <br />herein may not necessarily represent a verbatim transcription. Agenda items are presented in numerical order, according to the Agenda for <br />the meeting. Tape numbers and approximate locations are identified for the beginning and end of each agenda item. <br /> <br />These tapes are available for listening at the CWCB during regular office hours. Arrangements to make copies of the tapes or <br />written transcripts of specific agenda items may be made at the requestor's expense. Notes from the meeting for identification of times and <br />tapes for specific agenda items can also be reviewed at the CWCB offices. <br />2Voting tallies are based on members present for voting. Members recusing themselves are identified.
