EXHIBITS TO BE INTRODUCED AT HEARING <br /> <br />I) January 2005 Staff Report on the North Fork of the Smith Fork of the Gunnison River: <br />Headwaters to the South Fork Smith Fork Gunnison River, attached as Exhibit 2. <br /> <br />2) Appendix to the January 2005 Staff Report on the North Fork of the Smith Fork of the <br />Gunnison River: Headwaters to the South Fork Smith Fork Gunnison River containing the <br />written recommendation, supporting field data, photographs, maps, gage data, and water <br />availability analyses, attached as Exhibit 3. <br /> <br />3) 'Gregory D. Espegren, Development of Instream Flow Recommendations in Colorado Using <br />R2CROSS, January 1996, attached as Exhibit 4. <br /> <br />4) eWeB Staff Memorandum (agenda item 22), dated May 12,2005, modifying the hearing <br />schedule for contested in stream flow appropriations, attached as Exhibit S. <br /> <br />5) Staff may introduce demonstrative, rebuttal or other exhibits as allowed by the eWCB or <br />agreed upon by the Parties. <br /> <br />D. WITNESSES <br /> <br />The following witnesses may testify at the hearing as described below, may give rebuttal <br />testimony, and may be available at the hearing to answer questions from the Board. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1) The following individuals may testify on their field observations of the natural environment <br />on the subject reaches of the North Fork of the Smith Fork of the Gunnison River: Dan <br />Kowalski, aquatic biologist for the DOW (resume provided upon request); Dan Brauch, <br />aquatic biologist for the DOW (resume provided upon request); Mark Uppendahl, Physical <br />Scientist and instream flow coordinator for the CDOW (resume attached as Exhibit 6). <br /> <br />2) Mark Uppendahl, Physical Scientist and instream flow coordinator for the CDOW. Mr. <br />Uppendahl may testify generally on how the BLM formulates ISF recommendations and <br />specifically on how he formulated the BLM's recommendations of the subject ISF water <br />rights to the CWCB. <br /> <br />3) Mark Uppendahl, Physical Scientist and instream flow coordinator for the CDOW. Mr. <br />Uppendahl will testify generally on how the eDOW conducts the R2Cross analysis as a basis <br />for ISF recommendations and specifically o~ the R2Cross analysis and other biological bases <br />for the subject ISF recommendations. Mr. Uppendahl may give opinion testimony. <br /> <br />4) Todd Doherty, Physical Scientist for the CWCB (resume attached as Exhibit 7). Mr. <br />Doherty will testify on how he conducted the water availability analysis for the subject ISF <br />recommendations and may give opinion testimony. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />
