RECREATIONAL ISF RIGHTS

INSERT I - a new subsection (5)(d) to last draft of bill:

Nothing in this subsection (5) shall apply in any way to any water right or conditional water right
for which a decree was entered prior to January I, 2001, including any proceeding concerning
diligence on such conditional water rights or any proceeding to make such conditional water rights
absolute.

INSERT 2 - an addition to proposed new section 37-92-305(13)

for which no conditional or absolute decree was entered prior to January I, 2001,
