Discharge data for the Roaring Fork River <br />below Maroon Creek gage site for water years 1989-1999 are shown on <br />attached table 1. Annual, records for this gage site have been <br />collected by the state Engineer's Office since water year 1989, and <br />are shown in Appendix A. Basalt <br />ewCB }o!:inimum Stream Flows", report, (hereafter 1994 CWCB report) . <br /> <br />Revi~w:of .dischargedata obtained' sinc~the 1994' ewCB report <br />,indicates during water years 1993-:-1999 ,the gaged discharge in the <br />,Roaring Fork River' below Maroon Creek was greater than the CWCB <br />non-irrigation minimum stream flow,(MSF) water right of 30 cfs in <br />the 'reach. of', the' Roaring Fork River' above the Fryingpan River, <br />(85CW646) during every applicable month (October - March). 'These <br />'data are consistent,withinterpretations'presentedin the 1994 CWCB <br />report.
