These plans were operated in some degree
in .each of the subsequent years but were never formalized until 1986. In 1986 RRLC
began a very aggressive augmentation program. Contracts were signed with landowners
who were willing to provide recharge facilities. Riverside agreed to provide the diversion
facilities. The credits from the recharge plans were divided among participants according
to the percentages listed in Table 2. Each of the participants have developed new irrigated .
land or projects using their share of the recharge credits. RRLC's share of the credits are
divided on a pro rata basis to each of the 2,505 shares in the company. Most of these
credits are used to replace out-of-priority depletions caused by wells constructed prior to
1972.

TABLE 2
RIVERSIDE RESERVOIR RECHARGE DECREES
RIVERSIDE 1996
PARTNER PERCENT DECREE DATE RECHARGE
NAME OWNERSHIP NUMBER DECREED (RRLC %1
Equus Farms 60% 88CW239 3/3/1988 3.745 AF
National Hog Farm 60% 88CW264 11/411988 1.163 AF
Sublette 60% 89CW207 4/27/1989 3,028 AF

COST ESTIMATE

The selected spillway construction Alternative 2b is estimated to cost a total of about
$230,000.
