Date <br />01/29/1998 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is .from the <br />headwaters and extending to the confluence witl1 Fourmile Creek, being a distance of approximately <br />10.3 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by Carol and Dalliel Adamic and Laura and David Nash. <br /> <br />lnstream Plow Appropriation Adiustment as per Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regulatiolls, staffis requesting the Board shorten the segment <br />of the High Creek lnstream Flow reach requested in Case No. 2-98CW1.61 because of valid water <br />availability concerns raised by the objectors.
