Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation
Board (CWCB) will be held at the Holiday Inn Northglenn at 1-25 and l20th Avenue
commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2003, and continuing through
Thursday, January 23,2003. The meeting will be preceded by a workshop titled
"Proposed Changes to ISF Rules" on Wednesday, January 22,2003 from 8:00 a.m.-
10:00 a.m.

workshop to discuss proposed changes to the Instream Flow Rules. The workshop is open to Board
