Applicant seeks to change the <br />location of Union Park Dam and the point of diversion on Lottis Creek. The locations of the dam <br />and point of diversion were decreed in Case No. 4-82CW340. The proposed locations are <br />approximately 2,000 feet downstream of the decreed locations.
